Exchange St. is quiet now.
Title:  Exchange St. is quiet now.
Description:  The absolute stop signal meant that the westbound that had just passed was still in the block. Eastbound approach meant that an eastbound had passed and was in the second block east of here, and shortly after I took this picture that signal went out. That would put the eastbound entirely east of Broad Blvd, in Cuyahoga Falls.
