NS SD40-2's: Former Southern units

The Southern RR rostered 128 high hood SD40-2's, numbered from 3201 to 3328. Most ended up transferring to NS and they kept their same road number. All have been rebuilt with either an EMD style cab and low hood or "admiral" cabs. some were sold and a few have entered the SD40-3 rebuild program.
