Unfortunately trees obscure the second locomotive in this consist. BN 2771 was new as SOU 2599, a GP30, got sold to BN, Rebuilt as a GP39E the BNSF chaqnged its number to BNSF 2761. Due to the downturn in tradffic, it has been stored and was last noted in the Northtown Yard deadline.
ENSE is in the interlocking at JU, and will take the switch to head over to the ex LV for its trip to Oak Island.

No, not the Disney feature!! In this case, it was the Chemung River, which we see at left from the connector bridge at Wellsburg in this view of ML 401 approaching the automatic signal 266-1. In another month, the weather will warm up enough to cause a!lot of snow melt, which will put the river at the bottom of this bridge, helping create a massive ice dam.
ML 401 was the train that ran mostly empty auto racks from Doremus Av unloading facility in Newark to Buffalo!via the Tier. Today it has 44 general freight ahead of its 48 racks, so either the merchandise was really light and they combined it with OIBU, or it was really heavy and this was overflow. We see it at Waverly passing the iconic Ted Clarks Busy Market, which was still there when I visited this past July.
