Unfortunately what little sun there was all day was long gone by the time the train got here. They were to meet WAPO 315 just up the line at Fairgrounds Siding.

Pan Am POWA with MEC 615 - MEC 618 - GECX 9001 (Former CSX 7517) - MEC 617 - MEC 348 - MEC 507 and 58 cars rolls eastbound through Danville Jct.
My first shot of MEC 615 since it was finally painted in PAR blue! MEC 615 - MEC 603 later became the power for the day's POED.

POSE's power - HLCX 7014 - MEC 614 - HLCX 7842 - looks quite colorful as green-red-green as it prepares to head to the west end of the yard to pick up it's train. Various other locomotives idle on the engine tracks as well, including MEC 604 - MEC 605 - MEC 611 (Tuesday's WAPO power), MEC 615 - B&M 337 (Right) - and MEC 319 - MEC 502 (Very left).
MEC 615 - a former HLCX SD40-2 w/ SD45 body that has still yet to be painted in Pan Am colors - backs away from the tower at CPF 199 - the east end of Rigby Yard - and heads to the west end of the yard to do some switching as PO-3.

Pan Am's Rigby Yard.
Very rare run-through NS power (rare for east of the wye in North Chelmsford MA anyway) sits next to leased NS power at Pan Am's Rigby Yard. NS 9673 actually made it all the way to Waterville in it's short stay in Maine and went back west later this night.
