CSX Q416 heads for Cumberland with a Gevo leading a slug set

This mornings Columbia local with an SD40-2 leading a road slug set heading south to do its daily work on the dark branch line that interchanges with TSRR.

This road slug is one of seven engines on train Q353-19. Former CSX 2144 GP38, SBD 6235 GP38, and built as LN 4014 GP38 in July 1970. Works with CSX 6915.
Y172 is first out. He'll run through the Riverdale plant, cross over, and run back into D yard.
2342 is the silent partner.

After dropping the rail at Yardley, O035-17 moves back west through Woodbourne with CSX GP40-2 6915/Road Slug 2342 and ASX GP40-2 6216 leading on the way west to Laurel Hill to tie down.
CSX GP40-2 6915 is on the point of O035-17 as it continues to shove east towards Yardley. This unit is a former Chessie System GP40-2.
