Stalled on Cobden Hill
They had to split the train in two haves and double up the hill. The whole train will be put back together at North Anna. The 6916 was dead on account of being low on water and the batteries not having enough juice to turn the engine over. 8400 horsepower was no match for a 13,000 ton train.
