This is Only the Third Time I've Seen a CN/IC Locomotive Wearing this Paint Scheme
Anyone Know if CN has a name for this paint scheme, or were these bought up from another railroad? (They look similar in color to the old Conrail blue.)

Matt Florack General Exactly! They're of Conrail design... built for LMS (Locomotive Management Services) to CR specs, painted in blue but with LMS marks; jointly leased to CN and CR. After the CR split, CN purchased 11 of these C40s... 7/27/2007 7:20:11 PM
