| An unknown railfan capttured New Jersey Dept of Transportation E8A #4325 in commuter service in the Bay Head, NJ, area. It appears the side door is open showing the lit up interior - not something usually seen. Originally built as NYC 4048, it bounced from one roster to another during the tumultuous Northeast rail collapse and PC years before landing for awhile on the NJDOT roster. No exact day in 1981 was given for the photo so an approximate was used. |
