Rich Monahan	General	Were still in use on the NJCL at this point. Conditions were really deteriorating, at least those that hadn;t been reapinted. Windows on coach in rear look much better. Hard to believe North Caolina DOT even wanted these.	11/9/2020 12:18:07 PM
