| Built by EMD in February of 1973 as PC GP38-2 #8066, it moved over to the Conrail roster before being sent to the NS roster. According to a Railway Age article, after a rebuild in 2018, the prime mover had a major failure. NS was sold it to Metro East Industries (MEI) who did a major replacement and upgrade to GP38-3. |
