UP 4-8-2 #7000         
Nice Alco-Brooks builders photo of the first 4-8-2 mountain type steam locomotive ordered by Union Pacific. The loco was built in April of 1922 (serial #63244, class MT-1). The loco was retired in Feburary of 1954 after nearly 32 years of service. Specs - 73" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 29x28" cylinders, engine weight of 345,000 lb, tractive effort of 54,838 lb.
