| About 1/4 mile north of the station foundation is the foundation of the former section foreman's house. I had previously believed this to be the foundation of the relocated freight station but was set straight by John Tabi's book "Silver Rails Through the Heart of the Park". The state hired brush cutting crew opened up the view quite a bit since my last visit. |
