| CFL 2219 and a second Class 2200 are passing the Uckange blast furnace park. Between 1890 and 1898 the Uckange blast furnace was built by the Stumm brothers, initially with four blast furnaces. Two more blast furnaces were added by 1904. Of the factory's six blast furnaces, only blast furnace U4 has survived today as an industrial museum site. |
