PRR 6787, M-1B, c. 1957         
Here is an original photo by Douglas C. Jones that was taken just East of the Coaling Tipple in East Altoona, Pennsylvania, c. 1957. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6787, an M-1B (4-8-2) "Mountain" built by the Lima Locomotive Works as an M-1A during April of 1930, rebuilt in Juniata as an M-1B in September of 1946, and retired in September of 1959 after 29 years of faithful service. Partially visible in the background is the Westbound Receiving Yard.
