Is the station building still here?? I don't see it in your photos. It wasn't much, not nearly as attractive as the Glen Cove station. Its claim to fame was having been used in a Maxwell House commercial in the late 70's, that featured Margaret Hamilton. Don't recognize the name?? Here's a hint: the Wicked Witch of the West. BTW, I'm guessing you were taking the train to get to all these stations. There's a good spot(or there was, it's been many years since I was last there) atop a hill just to the west of here, that has a good down on distance view of this station. I have an album on the Oyster Bay Branch that has a couple shots from up there. Like the album. A lot has changed since I spent any time there, probably 35 years ago. Had a girlfriend who lived in Sea Cliff, and later Glen Head for a couple of years around 1980.
