PMP. Here is a portrait via F.R. Kern. Shown here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad prototype commuter cars #4689 and #4688. Both are gas-electrics built by Budd during 1933 and retired in 1943 after a decade of experimental service. Modern aluminum with wooden doors! The exact date and the location are not recorded.
