| This is looking south along the former Illinois Central right of way (now CN property). Modern automatic signals replaced the former Illinois Central "TY" interlocking tower. It was located just beyond the diamond on the west side of the IC tracks. Built in 1899, it lasted until being closed October 23, 1992 and razed in 1994 |
