| Canadian National-Illinois Central GP38-2 9635 was working in familiar territory at Baton Rouge. The locomotive had been built in December 1974 as ICG 9635 and was originally named the JAMES C. CLARKE. Mr. Clarke became president of the Illinois Central in 1883 and held that post for nearly five years. |
