Alan Grey General Great picture! I can't read the entire label; something about "FRA waiver 'xx-xx-xx' pilot clearance". The snowplow has been removed and the pilot plate cut higher than normal so it will not hit retarders on hump yard. Should not be used as leader out of yard. 12/12/2020 7:12:38 PM
