CP SD40-2 #5483 - Canadian Pacific         
With its windows painted over, this former Southern unit #3245 now appears to be a B unit for the Canadian Pacific. The photographer and location were not listed. This appears to be SK Yard in Buffalo, NY. Can anyone recognize the building in the background? Please let me know if you can.
