| Southern Pacific (Texas & New Orleans) M-4 452 was at AVONDALE YARD, across the Mississippi River from New Orleans, on 24 April 1954. The locomotive had been built by the Schenectady Locomotive Works (5682) in November 1900 as SP 2102 and was renumbered 1631 in 1901. It became the Galveston Harrisburg & San Antonio 452 in December 1901 and later became a T&NO loco. It was sold for scrap to Houston Compressed Steel on 3 Feb 1955. |
