| Here is an example of an Alco-Brooks 2-8-0 Consolidation built in September of 1910 for the Frisco as their #1286 (serial #48707). The original boiler pressure from Brooks was 165 psi but by 1926 this pressure had been increased to 180 psi to improve performance. A comment on the back of the photo states ""Wotc - high headlite" - not sure what that means. No photographer was listed for the photo. |
