| Here is a photo taken by Mr. Wallace W. Abbey. It was published originally in the November 1952 issue of "Trains & Travel" magazine, page 29. Partial Caption: "The 'Gotham Limited' and a freight train of the Pennsylvania, both bound for the Atlantic Seaboard, have topped the Allegheny summit, and now will follow their keystoned diesels down and around Horseshoe Curve and into Altoona, Pa., in a cloud of brakeshoe smoke and swirling snow."
