Here is part one of a two-page camera study by David P. Morgan entitled "The Pennsy's K-4." It was published originally in the April 1952 issue of "Trains & Travel" magazine, pages 28-29. Shown here is a builder's photo oF Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1737, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during May of 1914 and retired in February of 1960 after 46 years of faithful service. This is the original K-4S.
