Wallin. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by Richard R. Wallin that was taken on 5 September 1953. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5495, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during February of 1928 and retired in April of 1956 after 28 years of faithful service. In this context, it's scooping water while pulling a 12-car passenger train. The exact location is not recorded.
