Union Pacific AC4400CW 6280 was on the Wabtec/GE test track in Justin, Texas with a new, unidentified Canadian Pacific AC4400CWM. The 6280 had been built in June 1995 as Southern Pacific 231 and was at Wabtec/GE waiting to be upgraded into a C44ACM.
