PRR "Red Bridge," c. 1911         
ARB. Here is a postal card entitled "Red Bridge over P.R.R. Yards, Altoona, Pa." No Postmark. Caption On Reverse: "This bridge spans the yards of the Penna. R.R. Co., which have a capacity of 10,000 cars a day ~ the largest single railroad yard in the world." Also known as the 8th Street Bridge. Depicted in the background is the Juniata section of Altoona; in the distance is a small portion of the Allegheny Mountain Range. The artist's name is not recorded.
