| C&O 4067 was in the former C&O yards at Huntington, WV, on an unknown day in early 1980. One of the trainmen is ready to board at the front steps, while another crosses over the "gangplank" between units (left edge of photo). Note the recent fuel spill on the tank and the various forms of weathering: the "shoulder scuffs" near the "C&O"; the greasy marks around the bottom of several doors; and the overall grime nearly obscuring the number on the cab. |
