Chuck Zeiler General Hi Rich, I just took a guess as to the location. I'm open to any other location that you think might be better. 2/11/2019 5:36:25 PM
Bob Campbell General This Willis Yard, Galesburg, IL. Train is westbound, coming into the yard from the north. Orange MOW cars are sitting in a small yard known as the "Coach Yard" and the track to the left is known as the "Coach Yard Wye". RH is off to the right. Photo taken from old, large, concrete coal chute that lasted into the BN era of the 1980's. I suspect Chuck bought this slide from Al Chione, Jr. 1/7/2023 3:24:35 PM
Bob Campbell General Ashland Car Works is an "O" scale model manufacturer, once owned by Jack Bailey in Chicago (RIP). Jack was also a professional photographer but I doubt Jack climbed the coal chute. 1/7/2023 3:29:08 PM
