| Although both of these are wearing the original E7A numbers, both were rebuilt by EMD into E8A after a serious wreck near Conneaut, OH, on 3/27/1953. Although the slide by Robert M. Rose is marked April of 1975, I believe the film roll was taken prior to the PC merger as none of the units show the PC markings. |
