| In 1978-79 the Illinois Central Gulf painted 24 units in a solid orange scheme, and the largest group were seven GP11's (8701-8707) painted after they were rebuilt at the Paducah Shop. Here was the 8705 at MAYS YARD, between GP38-2 9607 and GP10 8213. |
