It was published originally in the November 1957 issue of "Trains" magazine, page 25. Photos by Philip R. Hastings. Middle Photo: Shown here (R to L) are PRR engines #4616 and #4243. Both are I-1SA (2-10-0) "Decapods." #4616 was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as an I-1S during 1923, rebuilt in Juniata as an I-1SA in February of 1937, and retired in August of 1959. #4243 was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as an I-1S during 1923, rebuilt in Juniata as an I-1SA in December of 1943, and retired in March of 1957. Top & Bottom Photos: Shown here (R to L) are PRR engines #3445 and #4268. Both are I-1SA (2-10-0) "Decapods." #3445 was built in Juniata as an I-1S during 1919, rebuilt as an I-1SA in January of 1947, and retired in November of 1958. #4268 was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as an I-1S during 1923, rebuilt in Juniata as an I-1SA in August of 1934, and retired in October of 1959. Note that the helpers are ahead of the cabin car, PRR Class N-5 #477006!
