PRR 1010, H-9S, c. 1949         
Here is an original photo of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1010, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built in Juniata as an H-8B during 1909, rebuilt as an H-8SB in November of 1913, rebuilt again as an H-9S in August of 1923, and retired in October of 1950 after 27 years of faithful service. The photographer's name, the date, and the location are not recorded. Roy Healey Collection; #4 of 16.
