| An unusual pair of CN through freights rest on former C&NW main line and siding at Stroebe, WI on 3 Feb. '18. Stroebe is a railroad station in Fox Crossing, WI (formerly Town of Menasha, Winnebago Co., WI until 14 Apr. '16 (not Outagamie Co., where Stroebe was erroneously placed on this site)). Train at left had two locomotives, BNSF 4526 and CN 2588. Train at right had two locomotives, CN 2562 and CN 2283. Adding to the unusualness, a pair of BNSF units were parked on the crossover from the former SOO rails to the C&NW rails at the northeast end of Stroebe siding. |
