| In 2016, the WSOR used some state funds to help offset the costs of some bridge repair along its lines. The old concrete span across the mill pond in Ripon gets some much needed attention, as a train rolls across. Look closely and signs of work can be seen. A back hoe operator can be seen down by the water. |
