| A frame-size print of GP20’s 5628-5625 commemorated the introduction of EMD’s second production turbocharged locomotive built in November, 1959. The caption on the print includes “8000 H.P. General Purpose Locomotive Designed and Built by Electro-Motive Division of General Motors.” After demonstrator use, the GP20 quartet was delivered to Southern Pacific. Date listed is approximate.
