One of the things about the non priority trains was that they got some of the second tier power, i.e. not a GE wide cab, though there were so many of those just about every train had them, including locals. A case in point is this 12T passing under the Campville-Apalachin bridge with a GP 50 leading. These ex Southern units were one time stars, handling hot trains in the Piedmont.
