Another edition from the folks at angels on track.
Not too far from this sign is Broad Blvd. in Cuyahoga Falls. A 5 lane city street with the type of protection d\|picted on this billboard. People have been killed there even though the RR has done what it can to protect itself. Recently, Broad Blvd. was designated a "Quiet Zone". Please tell me how the RR can win when the odds are stacked against them repeatedly.
