Rebuilt in 1960 to 16 seat lounge-cafeteria, sold in 1974 to Amtrak and reconfigured to 16 seat diner-cafeteria as #8399, retired in 1981 and sold to an "R. Hayes" in Barstow, later resold to Northern Rail Car in Cudahy, WI, and rebuilt to a kitchen car as NRCX #800559, leased to Scenic Rail Dining Tours, then resold to Transcisco Tours as the PINE RIVER, repossessed by Northern Rail Car after Transcisco bankruptcy, then resold in 1993 to UP as UPP #4003/#800559 PACIFIC LIMITED.
