| At 2:45 p.m. this northbound Louisville & Nashville train was waiting to depart from the railroad's GENTILLY YARD in New Orleans with four locomotives from three different railroads in four different paint schemes! It had Canadian National GP 40 4015 and Auto-Train U36B 4010, both on lease, as well as L&N GP30 1009 in an obsolete L&N scheme and L&N U28Bm 2501 in the then-current FAMILY LINES scheme. |
