PRR 4311, I-1SA, 1957         
Northbound Coal. Here is a photo of a Pennsylvania Railroad train taken by Philip R. Hastings, on 5 May 1957. Shown here is PRR engine #4311, an I-1SA (2-10-0) "Decapod" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during 1922 and retired in October of 1959. It is pulling a northbound coal train through Trout Run, Pennsylvania. Note the two semaphore signals.
