Santa Fe Pullman Plan #4092 6 section-1 drawing room-4 double bedroom (6S-1DR-4DB) sleeper KIOWA TRIBE, rebuilt in May 1940 for the CALIFORNIA LIMITED from the Plan #3584A 10 section-2 drawing room (10S-2DR) sleeper POINT EDWARD (Lot #4961, May 1926, general service pool). Sold to the Santa Fe at the 12/31/1948 divestiture, painted in Santa Fe's Two-Tone Gray paint scheme as seen here in July 1951, withheld from Pullman lease in October 1962 and sold to the Chihuahua-Pacific RR as CHP #510 BAHUICHIVO (name applied in 1963), no further disposition info. Scanned with an Epson V550 from a duplicate Ektachrome 35mm slide. Date and month are approximate.
