Here is page seven of an eight-page article by Fred Westing entitled "The Great Days of Steam and the Glory of Pennsy Pacifics." It was published originally in the March 1965 issue of "Railroad" magazine, page 27. Top Photo: Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #3378 and another locomotive whose number is not recorded. Both are "K" Class (4-6-2) "Pacifics." #3378 is a K-2S built in Juniata during 1911 and retired in November of 1938. Bottom Photo: Shown here (R to L) are PRR engines #2032 and #5496. Both are K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacifics" built in Juniata. #2032 was built during March of 1918 and retired in October of 1956, while #5496 was built in February of 1928 and retired in October of 1947.
