TPW 2005         
On August 10, 1887, one mile east of Chatsworth, one of the worst wrecks in American history occured. A passenger train consisting of 15 wooden coaches and over 500 passengers, struck a burning bridge and derailed. The coaches telescoped and caught fire....over 80 deaths occured. Here, a westbound train is about to cross the ICG Bloomington district branch
