The Chicago & Great Western used these tracks also: the CGW had trackage rights on the IC from Portage to Dubuque Jct until it was absorbed by the C&NW in 1968. In addition, the CB&Q had trackage rights over the Mississippi River bridge to reach their freight house and waterfront spur in Dubuque |
