| Actually, the crossing was there. KCS was spending much of the week of May 2 upgrading the crossings in Siloam Springs with new concrete panels, a much appreciated improvement from the motorists point of view. The southbound H train rolls over the new road work at Lake Frances Rd behind a pair of Belles. |
