Built by Budd in June 1949 in Lot #9661-023 for NYC as the Pullman Plan #9501 22 roomette (22RM) sleeper #10380 TONAWANDA HARBOR (NYC Lot #2199), rebuilt in 1961 in Lot #9691-260 as Sleepercoach #10817 (name removed), to PC #4207, sold to Amtrak in 1971 as #2005, converted to head end power (HEP) in 1979 as #2053 (name restored), retired in 1996 and subsequently sold to Colorado Railcar for the planned MARLBORO UNLIMITED (for use as a crew dormitory), MARLBORO UNLIMITED was later cancelled and the car was stored at their shops in Denver, listed for sale on Ozark Mountain Railcar, acquired by Daniel Quiat.
