Tom Beckett General The hillside in the background make me think this might be at the D&H Bevier St yard in Binghamton, or possibly the ex DLW YO yard, which was adjacent to it on the Syracuse Branch, though there's not really enough of a view that I'm 100% certain. By the time I got to Binghamton in the early 80's, YO was already a vanished memory, and there were no facilities there, and almost no track. What was there was unused, except for the single track of the branch. The branch is NYSW now, with their traffic now running through the D&H yard after a bridge project about 25 years ago.
