Built by Pullman-Standard in May 1948 in Lot #6758 to Plan #4153A as T&P #13 EAGLE LAND, renumbered in 1963 to MP #676, withheld from Pullman lease in June 1968 and sold in 1969 to Edwards International, resold in 1969-70 to Pacifico Railway (FCP) as #251 RIO SANTACRUZ, later SCD #457.
