Blue & Golds  Contributor's Pick!
A very rare pair of NECR Blue & Golds is about to lead NECR 608 northbound out of Willimantic. The crew is getting the train ready, and is releasing all of the handbrakes on the cars further back. These units have seen better day, and are battle scarred from their many years of service. It is only a matter of time before these two units and the other few remaining Blue & Golds are repainted to G&W orange, black, and yellow.

Tom Beckett General I still have not gotten over the days when six unit sets of green GP 9's would roll down the Thames valley. Hard to believe these will soon be gone too. 1/29/2016 2:45:07 AM
